Food and dining have always been important to Matthew and I. Personally, I have always loved cooking, and fondly remember good food from my earliest days. Whether it was a simple home cooked meal made by my mother, or my grandparents - all excellent cooks- or trying to replicate a meal that I loved while traveling, the adventure of good food and good company are genuine pleasures we are so passionate about.

It’s no secret that our co-founder Andrew loves to cook. The kitchen provides him a creative outlet of experimentation and expression. The fact that the final product is enjoyed by others only adds to his satisfaction. Earlier this year he shared his roast chicken recipe because of his belief in enjoying the little things, even while hunkered down at home with no place to go.

Back in the early days of our brand, our founders Matthew and Andrew were known for the dinner parties they would host in our original Chelsea shop, located just below the apartment they shared at the time. Andrew would whip up a simple, but seasonal menu for a small group of guests to enjoy alongside the excellent wine and conversation on offer.
